This video is a full workout with Kettlebell exercises to do at home. Warmup and Stretch also included. Great for beginners or experienced exercisers. Hi! I’m Marion Brand, Personal Trainer and Functional Aging Specialist. In this workout I use a single Kettlebell. These are basic exercises that can also be swapped out using a dumbbell.

This is a 20 minute Superset Workout using the Kettlebell – 30 seconds work / 10 seconds rest. I’m using a 20 – 25 lb kettlebell (start with 10 – 15 lbs if you’re new to fitness, and work to a heavier kettlebell as you progress)
