  8. Thank you for this workout this morning. I took almost two months off from working out ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ and man itโ€™s much harder to get the rhythm back, gosh this workout was even harder having not worked out in awhile. So thank you. I missed it.

  9. I do YouTube workouts all the time and I think this is only the 2nd time I've commented one. I just had to say that I LOVED this workout. I'm 10 months postpartum and was able to keep up with Claudia and look forward to getting to where Coach Kozak is. The length of each exercise was just right. Just when I thought I wouldn't be able to hold my form any longer, Coach Kozak would start counting down. I also thought the variety was excellent. Not too many of the very basic moves that get a little old after awhile. I kept expecting a kettlebell swing ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you HASfit!
