  4. Smoothies used to be just a refreshing beverage. Now they're medicine. If you need to "detoxify" your body, something is wrong. Go to a good doctor.

  5. She never really says how much water to add, so I experimented and it seems 1 cup does the trick. I made the second one in video and added some cinnamon. I like it. Tastes good. Thick, creamy, and enough to fill two tall cups.
