  2. Amy, I started doing your workouts in March 2020 and have continued to do them weekly. I was diagnosed with a cancer on my tongue in March 2022 and had it removed and then had 25 radiation treatments. I missed one week doing your workout after surgery. Your workouts kept me going and made me stronger. Thank you so much for being there for me!

  3. Amy this workout blew by in the blink of an eye! I loved mixing up the swings between kettlebell and dumbbell. It was an added bonus that felt totally different when I used the two dumbbells. 💪
