  2. One of my favorite workouts you’ve had in awhile!! Went on a walk before with my littles and then did this and I feel good. I don’t have kettle bells and only 5/3lb dumbbells so I just skip the swings and did squats with curl to shoulder presses or worked out my arms biceps, triceps and shoulder presses. I always love how you give options and when you don’t I always think of my own now or use an idea. Instead of deadlifts becsuse my back hurts I did squats. Also love working out my chest. I was wondering if you could do a workout video for chest to grow your boobs? And upper arms of course too. Thanks so much Amy and team! ❤

  6. Definitely a favorite for me! Loved the variety of bodyweight, DB and KB. Plus the new moves were so much fun and time just flew by! Didn't get to this until early evening which I always dread at that point of the day but I feel awesome now! Perfect end to my day. 🥰
