  1. By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it bestgym.equipment around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.

  2. I always kid myself into thinking that a kettlebell workout isn't as intense as the others for some reason, and then I do it and remember IT IS NOT. Then I kid myself again next time. Needless to say, I am a happy pool of sweat. Thanks for the workout and loved the inventive exercises!

  3. To be honest, that was really hard. A I don't have a kettle bell & B The Squat Jack Jerks just took it out of my legs and lower back so didn't complete them. I did most of the exercises & I am sweating a lot but I'm just a little disappointed with my achievement. Maybe a kettle bell will come in handy.

  5. Does anyone know where you can still get that type of adjustable bell from PowerBlock? They don't seem to manufacture it anymore and eBay was a bust.

  6. This is a rough routine. I had to use lighter weight on the burpee and clean/overhead cross groups, and take a couple short breaks between exercises. BUT, I burned a high number of calories for the short time I put into my workout.

  7. can i suggest you check your form while doing your swings? overall i LOVE all your vids, but im not going to do swings the same way you do. not at all.

  8. I literally have swear beads dripping down my face and neck! Killer!!
