In this workout I demonstrate how to increase the intensity by using a heavier bell. Typically I suggest replacing sets of two hand swings with a heavier bell, then when you are ready, slowly, work my swing rep progressions into a heavier bell practice once you start to build the strength and conditioning to handle the asymmetrical loading of one hand swings.

KETTLEBELL BOOTY AND THIGH HIIT – Build your booty and strengthen your legs with this kettlebell workout packed with the best kettlebell leg exercises and kettlebell glute exercises you can do at home.

There is 1 circuit that makes up this workout. Complete 2 sets on each exercise 45 secs work/15 Secs rest before moving onto the next. 3 minute + 10 Swing + 5 Burpee AMRAP
