Hoe verbrand je 1500 calorieën per dag?

Je verbrand 1500 kcal/calorieën per dag door deel te nemen aan activiteiten waarmee je veel calorieën kunt verbranden. Vormen van sport die je kunnen helpen om 1500 kcal per dag te verbranden zijn bijvoorbeeld hardlopen, zwemmen of gebruik maken van de roeitrainer.

Hoeveel val je af met 1500 calorieën per dag verbranden?

Het ligt aan of de 1500 calorieën van je dagelijkse caloriebehoefte afgaan, want als je 1500 calorieën zou verbranden maar je zou er 5000 op de dag hebben gegeten zou de kans groot zijn dat je helemaal niet zult afvallen. Ervan uitgaande dat de verbrande calorieën je in de min brengen kun je van deze cijfers uitgaan:

-1650 kcal per dag = 1,5 kg per week afvallen
-1100 kcal per dag = 1 kg per week afvallen
-550 kcal per dag = 0,5 kg per week afvallen

Dit waren ongeveer de cijfers waar je vanuit kunt gaan. Er kunnen factoren meespelen waardoor een resultaat zou kunnen uitwijken. Stel dat je bijvoorbeeld veel water drinkt en weinig zout eet dan verlies je meer vocht waardoor je meer zou afvallen dan op de berekening, omdat je naast het vet ook veel vocht-gewicht bent kwijtgeraakt.
