TOTAL BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT – Target all your major muscle groups and get the heart rate up with this sweaty, full body kettlebell workout you can do in under 30 minutes.

A moderately heavy to heavy kettlebell. I used 12kg but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

Complete the following time scheme on each exercise before moving into the next:
40 secs work/15 Secs rest
30 secs work/10 Secs rest
20 secs work/15 Secs rest

KETTLEBELL “ALL SWING” WORKOUT

Standard Swing
Single-Arm Swing (Alternate Arms at mid-point cue)
Swing and Switch
Swing with Front Step
Swing with Side Step
Swing with Jumping Jacks

Combo Swing

 

Perform each exercise for 60 seconds followed by 30 seconds of “Active Rest” between
each exercise. Rest 60 seconds at completion of round then repeat for a total of 2 rounds.

Kabuğunu soymuş olduğunuz 2 adet muzu bir çatal yardımı ile güzelce ezin.
Ezmiş olduğunuz muzların üzerine 2 adet yumurta ve 1,5 yemek kaşığı yulafı ilave edin.
Bir çatal yardımı ile güzelce çırpın.
1 çay kaşığının ucu ile içerisine kabartma tozu ilave edin.
Kullanacağınız tavaya tabanını yağlayacak kadar hindistan cevizi yağını eritin.
Hazırlamış olduğunuz harçtan tavaya bir yemek kaşığı kadar ilave edin.
