Follow along with this 12 minute kettlebell EMOM as a home workout or in the gym. All you need is one kettlebell (I used 20kg/44lb) and you’re good to go.

The kettlebell exercises in this EMOM are great for developing strength and getting the heart rate going. This kettlebell workout contains a mix of kettlebell swings and kettlebell strength exercises.

This workout is only 10 minutes, but don’t be fooled by the length; its true to its name, a TORCHER!!

The moves in this workout gradually get more challenging but the music will hype you up the entire way!
