      Awesome workout! The metabolic boost section is really challenging, but once you get through it, the rest of the workout flies by 🙂

      Did it all full out… no breaks… only burnt 371 calories… I have such a hard time getting my heart rate up. I think max was 144 on my fitbit watch and it wasn't consistant… fell down into the low 100s majority of the workout. But I was sweating and loved the energy of the ladies! I wont do this one again, looking forward to trying another. Suggestions?

      Starting tomorrow weighing 145 pounds at 5’1 size 8, hoping to get to 120/115 whichever looks good for me probably more like 125 I don’t want to be to skinny. I’ll be updating everyday !

      Day 1: 13 minutes completed I plan to do 25 minutes tomorrow.

      Guys I know this is hard I’m a fat 13 year and did this. If you do this twice a day ( morning and night ) you’ll loose about 4lvs a week
