Full Body Heavy Bag & Kettle Bell Workout | At Home Strength & Boxing | Workout 1

In this video Coaches Gary, Colleen & Henry demonstrate a full body strength & Boxing workout. This is a simple workout you can do with a heavy bag and 1 kettle bell. You don’t need a lot of equipment to get great results. Be sure to give it a try and let us know how it goes!

Heavy Bag Circuit
– Combo 2|3 x30sec
– Combo 2|3|2 x 30sec
– Body Burnouts x30sec
– Repeat 2x no break

1 Minute Break (between heavy bag and kettle bell)

Kettle Bell Circuit
– Split Squat R Leg x30sec
– Split Squat L Leg x30sec
– High Plank & Drag x30sec
– Repeat 2x no break
