      Hi Heather, this was a great workout. I just tried it for the first time yesterday and I'll admit I couldn't finish it. I think I may need to lower the weight I was using. It was 35 lbs. Do you have any recommendations on the best weight for these types of exercises?

      DONE! Loved it! I didn't jump after the side lunch (side lunge L -> jump out and in etc) I just lifted like a press in the middle of the side lunges bc I have a bad ankle and cant jump . Otherwise perfect! I want to work hard even tho I cant jump and this delivered!!!

      WOW – As usual anytime I do any of your workouts I am drenched in sweat. By the time we got to the third round my legs were shaking and I kept getting out of breath….LOL, I honestly thought I was going to die – This workout was KILLER and KICKED my BUTT.
