Kettlebell Swing Burpee Medley
This workout is to be performed as quickly as possible for the prescribed quality reps per exercise. You will perform different kettlebell swing variations for 10 reps followed by 5 burpees for a total of 20 sets. (100 kettlebell swings and 50 burpees)

1. Two Arm KB Swings – 10 reps
2. Burpee 5 reps
3. One Arm KB Swings Right 10 reps
4. Burpee 5 reps
5. One Arm KB Swings left 10 reps
6. Burpee 5 reps
7. Sidestep Two Arm Swings 10 reps
8. Burpee 5 reps
9. KB Step Back Swing 10 reps
10. Burpee 5 reps
11. Alternating Step Back Swings reps
12. Burpee 5 reps
13. Traveling KB Swings Forward and Back 5 steps each – 10 reps (total)
14. Burpee 5 reps
15. Alternating Two Arm to One Arms KB Swings – 10 reps
16. Burpee 5 reps
17. One Arm Outside KB Swing Right reps
18. Burpee 5 reps
19. One Arm Outside KB Swing Left reps
20. Burpee 5 reps

  1. Love kettlebell work, maybe not burpees so much 🤣 amazing, quick finisher! Funk twisted my pinkie and I signed up for the 30 day challenge.

  2. I'm a disabled vet and finally at a point where I feel like it's not too late but getting close. So I'm going to get a kettlebell and try to learn the swing. Burpees are a bit much at my weight. But hopefully I can build up some muscle and lose weight then do some.

  4. Did it except for the pushups – a bad elbow won't allow that. Did 60 seconds of speed rope at the beginning and end too. I like doing your metabolic workouts alternating each exercise with the speed rope – keeps my heart rate up.
