All you need for this 30 minute kettlebell workout class is one single kettlebell or dumbbell (light to medium weight would be perfect)

The class will be a follow along workout where we complete the workout together, the class will last a minimum of 30 minutes, if you need to join late that is fine. It will be HIIT Tabata style with 40 seconds of exercise and 20 second rest between exercises, so you can simply join it on the next exercise.
