Kettlebell Khaos Super Shred Workout
Circuit #1
Lower – Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest one after the other for 2 rounds
1. Racked Curtsey Lunge to Forward Lunge Right
2. Racked Curtsey Lunge to Forward Lunge Right
3. Alternating Swing to Racked Squat –
4. Alternating Swing to Racked Squat
5. Split Stance Deadlift
6. Split Stance Deadlift

Circuit #2
Upper – Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest one after the other for 2 rounds
1. Chest Press Bridge Right
2. Chest Press Bridge Left
3. Bent over Row To Clean to Shoulder Press
4. Bent Over row to Clean to Shoulder Press

Circuit #3
Conditioning – Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest one after the other for 2 rounds
1. Step Back Lunge Swings
2. Push ups
3. Step Back Lunge Swings

  2. I'm nearly in club 40 and 4 or so of these workouts a week keep me in great shape. I still nip to the gym to do the holy trinity twice a month. Also a pro tip gents, I do yoga everyday and that massively helps with my gains.

  3. Hey Funkster! Loving your workouts as a fellow 50 something fighting the good fight and feeling like I’m winning, I must admit I swapped out the funky swings for regular swings as they felt a bit awkward and I couldn’t seem to find the right weight but still felt it even hours afterwards…

  4. I like this workout but I think 40sec on and 20sec off is a better mix. I'm a devout kettlebell khaos fan and do at least one of them pretty much every week 😂. But any workout where you rest as much as you train just ain't right ha!

    Also swabbed the one arm kettlebell swings and step backs to just kb swings cos that's wayyyyy too much co-ordination for me. Either way did some extra stuff at the end and felt good at the end 👍
